Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or cosmetic products
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
